Gentle Touch Oncology Massage

The massage is a gentle pressure and the touch can be changed to your needs and time since treatment each client is different and its important to find what suits you and your body.  This therapy is tailored to your needs.

The length of each treatment will vary on an individual basis. Prices for the treatmant are on a slide scale and not fixed. 

It is recommended that a course of treatments are taken over 6 weeks. Massage therapy works along side your medication and treatments.

It is best to get consent from your oncologist prior to receiving massage therapy, especially after an operation, and during treatment.

Due to the nature of radiotherepy I am unable to offer a massage to those receiving this treatment. Please ask you care provider to give you the all clear when you can.

You will be unable to receive a treatment if you have the following

  • Infection
  • Leukopenia
  • Thrombocytopenia
