Psychology and Counselling

I offer a safe space to help you find ways to cope with the inevitable suffering we face in life, and move towards living a more meaningful life. My work primarily involves offering individuals the time to feel listened to and heard, to explore and reconnect to our authentic inner self that may be deeply over-shadowed by fear, memories of traumatic experiences, self-doubt, difficult thoughts, worries, sadness, loss of motivation and/or feeling stuck in life. This may be through a number of methods but often involves reconnecting to our inner needs, fundamental values and deep emotional states that may have been repressed, avoided or pushed aside.

I offer both short and long term work; this can include formulating and understanding your current situations or struggles, offering ways of coping with challenges, healing trauma, reconnecting with your values and helping to work through barriers in order to create a meaningful and joyful life.

Alongside CBT and more traditional ways of working, I also offer the opportunity to work within spiritual dimensions of psychotherapy, incorporating eastern ideas and transpersonal psychology.  I can offer sessions for people trying to integrate psychedelic experiences. I am also currently training in transformational breathwork.
